Family Medicine Welcomes New Faculty Member: Erica McClaskey, M.D., M.S.

The Department of Family Medicine is pleased to welcome Erica McClaskey, M.D., M.S. as a new member of its faculty.  Dr. McClaskey joins the Predoctoral Education division as both Assistant Director of the Evidence Based Medicine course and Assistant Professor.  

Dr. McClaskey is an undergraduate of Howard University, and received her medical degree at the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. She also has a Masters degree in Cell and Development Biology from the University of Houston in Texas.

Dr. McClaskey has a long standing relationship with us here at Georgetown. She was a chief resident at our Georgetown University / Providence Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program, and she was a Fellow in our Community Health Center Director Development Program in 2007.
